He holds a B.Tech degree from Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur and a PGDM from Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. Mr. Singh has been associated with the Shriram Group since 1994, commencing his journey as President of Shriram City Union Finance Limited. Over the years, he has held several key leadership positions within the Group, including Managing Director of Shriram City Union Finance Limited, Shriram Insight Share Brokers Limited, Shriram Credit Company Limited, and Shriram Asset Management Company Limited. He currently serves as a Non-Executive Director on the Board of Shriram Insight Share Brokers Limited. Throughout his distinguished career, Mr. Singh has demonstrated strong leadership and strategic acumen, particularly in establishing and scaling businesses in highly competitive markets. His extensive experience spans business development, financial services, operations, and organizational growth, making him a respected leader within the industry.
Ms. Subhasri Sriram is presently the Non-executive Director of the Company. Presently, she is the Managing Director and CEO at Shriram Capital Pvt.Ltd., Chennai, India. Prior to this, she was Chief Financial Officer at Shriram Capital Ltd., which later merged with the group's flagship companies. Her three-decade stint covers extensive expertise in Life Insurance, General Insurance, Wealth Management, Stock Broking, Asset Management and Insurance broking. Over the years, she has created massive turnarounds in credit ratings, prospecting strategies as well as developing business blueprints for some of Shriram Group's growing enterprises. She is a postgraduate in Commerce from Ethiraj College, Chennai and an Associate Member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI)She also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Systems Management from NIIT and Post Graduate Diploma in Cyber Laws from NALSAR, Hyderabad.
Mr. Jasmit Singh Gujral serves as the Executive Vice Chairman of Shriram General Insurance Company Limited and previously held the position of Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of the Company. He is also a Non-Executive Director on the Board of Shriram Capital Private Limited. Over the course of his distinguished career, he has held several leadership positions within the Shriram Group, including Chief Executive Officer of Shriram Overseas Finance Company Limited and Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of Shriram Transport Finance Company Limited. Having joined the Shriram Group in 1988, he brings over 35 years of extensive experience across financial services, insurance, marketing, and general business management. Mr. Gujral holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and a Post Graduate degree in Management from Aligarh Muslim University. He has also completed the Executive Management Programme from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIM Ahmedabad) and the Advanced Management Programme jointly conducted by Kellogg School of Management, Chicago, and the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad.

Prior to this, he held leadership positions at Bajaj Finance Ltd., where he was responsible for Corporate Strategy and Fintech, driving large-scale digital innovation and business transformation programs. He has also worked with HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, and CitiFinancial, bringing deep expertise in banking, lending, payments, and customer experience transformation.
Dr. Kassim Saleem Ali is a distinguished professional with over 36 years of diverse leadership experience spanning law enforcement, governance, academia, and corporate advisory. A retired Indian Police Service (IPS) officer, he holds a Ph.D. in Civil Society Conflict Index, an MBA in Finance, and a Master's degree in Chemistry. He was the Founder, Chairman and Managing Director of Fourth Force, a leading background verification and Risk Management Company that provides comprehensive verification services to help organizations mitigate hiring risks, fraud, and criminal intent. During his illustrious public service career, Dr. Ali served as the Director General of Police, Tripura (2010–2011) and subsequently held the position of Special Director/Additional Director at the Central Bureau of Investigation. He has also contributed to the education sector as an Adviser for the futuristic development of Jamia Millia Islamia and as Honorary Director of its Residential Coaching Academy, supporting the training and development of minority and women students. He commenced his professional career with Citibank N.A. and was associated with the organization and its group entities for over a decade (1998–2008), serving in various leadership roles across finance and banking operations. During this period, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of e-Serve International Limited, where he played a key role in facilitating the company's merger with Tata Consultancy Services. Subsequently, he joined Tata Consultancy Services as Executive Vice President – Operations, where he was responsible for overseeing large-scale operational and business transformation initiatives. In 2012, Mr. Sudarshan co-founded CreditMantri Finserve Private Limited, marking his transition into the rapidly evolving fintech sector. He currently serves as the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of CreditMantri, where he is focused on improving the credit health of retail borrowers and enabling credit-invisible and underserved populations to gain access to affordable credit through technology-driven solutions.
